A recent CNU report and many Buffalo residents seek replacement and demolition of the Buffalo Skyway, a 1.4-mile-long bridge built 60 years ago to carry traffic over the Buffalo River. Can it be repurposed as a linear park rather than be demolished? Its spectacular views of the city and Lake Erie, and the success of NYC's High Line, suggest that the answer is yes.
