Baked Potatoe Zucchini Meat Casserole

INGREDIENTS...

2 very large Russet Potatoes/ boiled and cooked 1/2 way. Then cooled off completely at room temp.
DO NOT PUT IN COLD WATER!
Leave the skin on if you like as I did. !!

1 very large Zucchini / or 2 regular large in size. My zucchini was farm grown, so it was huge it measured 13" L x 2 1/2 W 😂👍slice it very thinly ( less then 1/4" in thickness )

1 Anahime Pepper / chopped
1 small Pasilla Chilli Pepper / chopped
2 large ripe Tomatoes / process in blender.
1 small bunch Fresh Dill / chopped coarsely
1 large Whit Onion/cooked in pot
1 small head of Garlic / cooked in pot

OTHER INGREDIENTS...

1/2 stick Butter
2 Chicken Tomatoe Bullion Cubes
3 to 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil / for drizzling the bottom of pan.
4 Bay Leaves

SPICES...

2 Tbsp. Pepper Paste
2 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese / Plus some to sprinkle on top
You can also if you wish to use shredded mozzarella cheese instead. But use the what's erela cheese after you take it out of the oven my sprinkler it on top.

1 to 2 tsp. Aleppo Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Coriander / more if you like.
1 to 2 tsp. Oregano / more if you like.
Black Pepper / to taste
Salt / to taste

EGG BATTER...

2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
3 Tsp. Rice Flour / or regular flour. Use more if needed to make semi thick batter. Shouldn't be watery.
Whipping cream - to thin it
out as much as needed.
