安德里亞·特略（Andrea Tello）是厄瓜多爾著名拉絲銀飾設計師。厄瓜多爾的春天分外漫長，全年花朵處處可見，它們被繡在衣服上，被做成香料、藥材，更是安德里亞的靈感源泉。在她的作品中，花朵的種類、盛開的程度都有自己的含義。在過去，你可以通過觀察厄瓜多爾人的服飾來解讀他的一生。比如，生活在安第斯山脈的人往往很貧窮，佩戴完整盛放的花的首飾，意味著實現了自己的心願。對他們而言，幸福與否和金錢沒有關係，更重要的是他們一生的經歷。

安德里亞花了12年的時間研究當地的文化和歷史，試圖恢復這種被逐漸忘卻的傳統。她的作品富有當地特色，背後都有一段歷史，一個故事。

此次安德里亞應上海公共藝術協同創新中心（PACC）的邀請來到中國，教授銀飾拉絲工藝。
