INGREDIENTS ...

1 pound minced Beef
1 pkg. - ( 1.5oz. ) Taco Seasoning / any kind
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups of Mexican 3 type blend smoked chadder cheese mix / any brand
1- 7oz. ( 198g ) can of Salsa Verde
4 Corn Tortillas / cut into very small cubes
1 - ( 17.5oz. each bag ) to 1 1/2 bags of White Flour Tortillas / medium size
1 large Onion / any kind - diced finely
1 very large Tomatoe / or 2 medium / diced coarsely
3 to 4 cloves of Garlic / minced and more if you like
1 tsp. of Tomatoe Paste
Fresh Cilantro / Coriander - as much as needed
1/3 cup of Water
1 tsp. Olive Oil


SEASONINGS ... ALL TO YOUR OWN TASTE / more or less

Salt and Blk. Pepper to taste
2 tsp. Oregano Leaves
1 to 2 tsp. Cumin

CHEESE SPRINKLE ...

1 1/2 cups of Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 to 2 tsp. Oregano Leaves or Parsley leaves

FLOUR GLUE ...

1/3 cup Flour
1/4 cup Water / room temp.
