INGREDIENTS...
This recipe makes a medium pot.
Serves from 3 to 4 people.

3 to 6 Chicken Drum Sticks with Skin Removed (use the chicken Broth as much as needed.)
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large head of Garlic ( sliced )
2 Mini Sweet Peppers
1 Large Potatoe ( 1/2" cubes )
2 c Frozen Spinach or 2 bunches Of Fresh Spinach ( diced )
1 c Black Eyed Peas
2 Large Onions ( chopped -1 red 1 white )
1/4 c Fresh Mint chopped or whole leaves
3/4 c Elbow Macaroni
1 1/2 c Brown Lentils

Start your spices with 1 teaspoon each,
Decide the flavor as you cook to your desire.

2 tsp. Cumin
