INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour / sifted
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Nestle Cocoa
3 very ripe Bananas / mashed
1 cup fresh frozen Cherries / cut in half and 2 regular
tablespoons of sugar added.
1 cup Walnutes / roughly chopped
2 large Eggs / beaten lightly
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup of Honey + 2 tablespoons more.
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Coffee Bakery Emulsion / natural flavor
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

1 c Carnation Evaporated Milk /
IMPORTANT STEPS !
1 - Use 1/2 cup in the batter in the begining.
2 - After dividing the batter into 2 parts, add 1/4 cup more
in each batch as shown.


ICING ...

1 cup Icing Sugar
2 to 4 Tbsp. of Yogurt / add the yogurt gradually.
( If too thick ? add yogurt / if too runny? add more icing sugar)
