POTATO BEEF & CHEESE KOFTE PUFF WRAPS

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 - box or bag of 8 count Puff Pastry
4 stalks of Celery / grated
8 stips of Motzarella Cheese / size depending on how small or large you make the kofte's
1 very large Onion / cut in 1/2 the separated , cooked until semi tender
1 c Frozen cut Carrots / cooked until tender
1 egg for the meat
1 c Fresh Basil Leaves / diced
1 1/2 to 2 c Milk
1 to 1 1/4 c Instant Mashed Potatoes / if it is water? please add a little at a time more potatoes. It should be spreadable with fingers.
1 tsp. Pepper Paste / Mild or 1 tsp. Tomato Paste ( optional )
2 tsp. Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. Bread Flour

SPICES
Seasonings should be to your taste. If you like to change the flavors to your own spices then do so :)
Measurements are to get you started.

1 tsp. Aleppo Pepper / or Cayenne Pepper or Smoked Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Aleppo Pepper
1/2 tsp. Blk. Pepper
2 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Kuzbara / Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp. Dry Parsley or 1/4 c Fresh chopped
Salt to taste

EGG WASH
1 egg + 1 Tbsp. Butter / whip together
